What other career allows a person to participate in the best parts of life? Headshots for a new job, the birth of a new baby, family events, and other expressions of love such as engagements and weddings. Not only do I adore the creativity of photography, I'm honored to be part of such important moments!!

I believe in the power of a strong image. In families, photographs are legacies of moments that will never come again – I stop time so you can cherish it for a lifetime and pass that on to the next generation.

For business, photographs support your bottom line. Over 80% of communication is non-verbal. The right photographs can help you sell your product, help customers to build trust with your brand, and increase your brands shareability factor.

I studied film photography in my second year at the Academy of Art in San Francisco on a scholarship with some of the best commercial photographers in the industry, but then life, and a stint as a technologist in the Army Reserves, took me down another path. I built a career in the digital marketing industry. For over a decade I lead marketing initiatives and held various roles in business development and agency account management. My background helps me to frame you in the most flattering light and you will find me doing anything to get just the "right" shot.

I continue my education through online courses and as a member of various photography associations and through regular workshops focused on developing my talent and skill as a photographer.

I’ve had so many people tell me “I look horrible in photographs,” but I've shown them otherwise. I love a challenge, and I enjoy showing people what I see, which is often the best version of you! When I’m not creating photos, you’ll find me working in our flower garden and home in Michigan, we call Sixteen Acres. I also enjoy design, art, vintage, keeping up with technology trends, Champagne with my friends, and enjoying my life with my sweet dog Molly and my charming husband, Martin.
